Are you a B2B Account Manager with experience in the creative and technology sectors? Then you could be just who we’re looking for to join the team at Workspace 1, a small Creative Agency that has ambitious growth plans for the future.

The role can currently be delivered remotely/part remotely, with our office being based in Leicester City Centre, and comes with a £38-45k salary depending on experience. It is a full-time role, dedicated to leading on strategy and delivery, with a remit to lead and build a team.

The Role

Due to consistent growth we’re seeking an accomplished B2B account manager to be a hands-on contact point between our flagship global brand and our strategic and creative teams.

You’ll have your eyes on the horizon for innovative ideas and your feet firmly on the ground as you mastermind and deliver award worthy, cutting edge work across multiple creative disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity to be a voice at the table, as you’ll report directly to the company directors.  Responsible for nurturing and growing your own team you’ll also be looking to the future with us as you expand your areas of responsibility to that of Group Account Director.

About you

You will fit in brilliantly, and excel in this role if you:  

  • Have experience managing enterprise B2B accounts, leading on communication and branding based campaigns and projects
  • Are a big, strategic thinker, who isn’t afraid to ask questions or challenge the brief
  • Can understanding complex worlds and quickly assimilating large amounts of information
  • Are seasoned in unlocking as-yet untapped parts of the business to deliver profitable growth
  • Thrive when scoping, planning and delegating large scale projects
  • Feel comfortable leading on a wide range of creative execution for our client from film and animation to online and experiential.
  • Are inspired by applying new marketing trends and innovations to our client work
  • Enjoy leading, coaching and inspiring teams comprised of internal, partner organisation and specialist freelancers to do their best work
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and pitching skills
